Sorry I didn’t respond yesterday. Was up to my eyeballs in final submissions for my uni studies. Last assignment submitted this morning after an all-nighter …… realised I needed to re-structure most of it at the 11th hour.

Missed your call-outs yesterday. I got busy painting …..

I have finished my studies for the year, although I can hardly believe it. Everything has been so full on for so long, and now I have landed in a sudden break from it all - study commitments and (dare I say it) the legals. I woke up early tho I didn’t mean to.

@Zoe7 I had prepared some canvases a month or so ago for a competition I wanted to enter - online submissions have to be entered by the end of this week. I pulled out the paints and finished it yesterday. Still can’t quite believe that’s done either. It was a completely different take on what I normally do, but I like it. It might become my new normal, lol. It will be interesting to see what the feedback is from the competition people. They have promised to contact every applicant, but that might be a generic “you’re in” or “you’re out” sorta deal.
