How’s the weather today? How is your sinus? I have sinus issues too. Drives me crazy. I use nasal sprays. I’ll be back around on Monday so will chat then!

Still going well. Thanks for asking. Been going to bed early which I love and are able to do again and then getting up early. I love the early morning when it's just me the birds and my coffee. So peaceful and a perfect time to practice mindfulness.

At the beach this weekend with my Aunty and love looking at the sea.
