I have an appointment with my psych tomorrow. I wanted to cancel but H is insistent that I go. I don't really see the point, I doubt she can help me.

My son's birthday is tomorrow too. He is looking forward to being able to get a part time job now. I still have to organise a cake but will do that tomorrow. I have wrapped his presents this morning.

I have used so much of my energy just getting to tomorrow, I am scared what happens after that.

Hi @hanami thanks for the tag today. Hope you keep dry - in some places we always need an umbrella and in others at the moment gumboots or even waders.
