Keeping active is key.

I could lose some weight, but think I had to go through an eating disorder period. Hopeing to put that behind me and celebrate being alive and being kind to my body for carrying me so long on life's journey.

I have a few hours paid work at home today, but its like all work to me. I do not really differentiate. Different rewards ...
