Had another nap @Former-Member and feeling a bit better - even got dressed lol (only tracksuit and t-shirt but out of my jammies). Toby has been snuggled up with me all day 🐶💖

I could do with some fresh air but it is cold and drizzly outside so best to stay inside for now. I might be able to do some work later but I am not going to push it. Maybe I should put on the footy and watch our win against Richmond again lol

@Former-Member I spoke too soon earlier - this afternoon/evening has been horrible. Excruciating stomach pain and nausea. Finally starting to feel some relief but having tomorrow off as well to try to recover. My babies are both close by so they must know I am not great. Of course Toby is always by my side but Clover has been super snuggly today also. How has your day been?

Hello @Zoe7 sorry to hear you have been so unwell. Hopefully you are feeling better today. Lucky thing having those beautiful 🐕😼 furbabies keeping you company.

I've been okay feeling pretty overwhelmed for not much reason a lot of the time.

Saw psychiatrist last night and starting on a new medication which will hopefully help out at last and lift this funk I've been in nearly all year ( since March ).

Had a worker cancel today and a bit disappointed about that and a uni subject I've enrolled in - may not be able to catch up even though just week 2 but we'll see. May not have right IT to access the subject 😔. We'll see I will contact today.

Generally Ok or at least not any worse 🤔.

Feeling better @Former-Member but lethargic. Went to the chemist this morning but could barely walk and was quite shaky. I have regained some strength this afternoon so should be okay for work tomorrow.

I hope the new medication helps and you can begin to be less overwhelmed. It is not a nice feeling ...been feeling a little that way for a while myself. Cried a lot last night and was feeling very low but putting that down to the illness and things catching up with me. I have been okay today - even got outside in the sunshine for a bit. Lucky to have my fur babies keep to give cuddles and keep me company.

Goodluck with catching up with uni - just do a little at a time and try not to put too much pressure on yourself. What unit are you studying?

Sounds like you had a really rough day Yesterday !!

It is hard to keep medication on board when we are really sick with metabolic issues or something like gastro. You poor thing.

No wonder you were upset.
