Mum has been in different hospitals since June, that seems soo far away

And then things happening with us along the way , feels soo crazy -- when is it going to settle down a bit

We cleaned our usual house ( 4 hours )

And then we cleaned the house we could not clean yesterday due to no power and water available

One of our customers is thinking of buying our block of land where our house burned down , very mixed feelings

Things are going okay.

Have my first psychiatrist appointment on the 17th been a long wait since March.

Found the forum really useful and have received some great resources.

Had a good day volunteering in an OP shop and chilling at home home watching Netflix.

That's exciting news about having an appointment to see your psychiatrist. I think it's important to have a list of questions you might have because often we go blank once we get there. I found this helpful and made my appointments worthwhile.

As for my day today, it's been pretty good. I'm slowly getting things down which feels great. I'm glad to hear you had a good day volunteering. It is so meaningful to reach out to help others in whatever capacity you can.

Just had a piece break off a tooth @Former-Member It is not hurting but annoying - looks like another trip to the dentist 😔 Not a good couple of days for injuries. My back is so sore tonight despite pain relief so will need to finish doing things for our play soon and lie down. I will need to do a little more painting though first so it is dry enough tomorrow to do the rest early before my Dad comes.
