A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

💖💞 @Emelia8

My time with my Dad is a bit restricted by Covid precautions, but it’s so good to see him and be with him, even if it’s just for the little everyday things … I still have my studies and legal stuff to see to, and the tune is flying, but it is what it is, and I am grateful for this much.

I hope the weather is lively today where you are, and the garden is bringing you some joy.

Hugs @Zoe7 ….. gently-gently ….. I hope you pick up soon too. Does a cup of tea help to stabilise the shakiness ? Sometimes a warm drink, perhaps sweetened just a little, can do that.

I have been cooking and about to go to the pools.

Re: Far and Away

@Emelia8 It is good you have such a great psychs. The one I had for EMDR was also very skilled and knowledgeable but it just wasn't for me. We are all different and I am glad it is working for you even though I do know just how hard those sessions are. I hope you are spoiling yourself after your session.

I think Willow would know the love you give her and would give it back in spades Emelia but I understand your apprehension. Still, something to consider.

Yes my Eels had a good win but it should have been more. They stopped in the second half and that won't be good enough against other full strength sides. I cannot believe Cleary being sent off - it was the right decision but I feel for him as he is such a great player and that was just a bad mistake. The outcome could have been much worse so thankful for no injury from it.

@Faith-and-Hope I have slept all day. That means I will have a later than wanted night tonight but I need to start getting things done. Still feeling a little shaky but not as bad - sleep helped. I haven't had a cup of tea for ages - might be a nice change 👍

I know it is hard with D2 to do anything without massive effort and precautions Hon but those moments you can spend with your Dad are priceless 💕 A bugger you still have legal shite to deal with too but hoping your studies are balancing that out a bit. Hugs and hugs to you, D2 and your Dad 💖💖💖

@Former-Member Slept all day so now need to get onto some work. How was the pool?

Hi @Zoe7

Pool was great thanks for asking. Good luck with all your work. Hopefully you feel refreshed.

Sorry to hear you have had such a hectic week.

But I bet the play is going to be awesome.🌹🌻💜

Re: Far and Away

Yes @Former-Member ! I’m not just surviving. I’m definitely thriving! I feel like I’m making up for all the years lost to depression.

I couldn’t jump out of bed and start each day any faster! Absolutely loving life.

This is totally different from what it was a few years ago.

I now use my BPD experience to help others. Later this month, I’ll be filming as part of a series of videos to help practitioners, families, people - all about the experiences of BPD. That’ll be interesting. It’s for a medical group.

I just feel my experiences shouldn’t be kept to myself, especially if it will benefit others.

Re: Far and Away

Been painting the back drop for the play on the dining table @Former-Member and hung it in front of the heater to dry. The kids started it yesterday but we ran out of time so I brought it home to do some more. We will do more throughout the week but the base is all done now. Have also caught up on some housework - the rest I will do tomorrow. Now to settle into some paperwork now the dining room table is free.
