With Mr shaz bipolar 2 and other diagnosis, he goes through cycles , from high to lows , gets all theses ideas and acts on them , I feel like I am a big bad wolf saying no or wait but I know he will come undone in a couple of days

After yesterday happening, he has gone back to sleep again today

@Emelia8 Coming off or changing meds can be really difficult s I am pleased you are where you are being taken care of. As for trauma Hon - not trivial - we cannot compare as our experiences are very much our own and very real. Hugs Emelia 💖

ex is here temporarily @Emelia8, but there are legals involved that give him access to D2 when he is 😔.

I hope you are feeling better later in the day. I uphold what @Zoe7 said, our own situation is actually beyond compare with others because there are so many complexities involved, but you are highly empathetic and I can hear how much you feel for what the otter patient has experienced ….. hugs n hugs ❣️

@Faith-and-Hope 😁 Computers are just a series of wires, chips and points - if you know the basic structure of the motherboard and have the right specs then it is quite easy. I learnt a lot from my Dad when I was younger so can fix the basics on a lot of tech - the harder parts I will still get done by the experts but replacing a few parts that are easy to replace (ie. unplug/plug in, visible wiring, etc.) I can do myself. ...saves a lot of money too which is handy.

H and I flew into Sydney from Hawaii the morning after the Bali bombing and it was chaotic at the airport. Unfortunately I misplaced some books I’d purchased in Honolulu from this amazing bookshop. I either left them on the plane or on the floor with H when I went to the ladies. I tried to search for them but believe me no one was interested…in the scheme of what had occurred that was trivial.

Have slept most of the day @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie Feeling quite unwell with my headache so vey much needed it. Still not great but have 2 more days to recover with the public holiday Monday (thank goodness 😔).

Going to find a movie to watch while I catch up on a little housework ...for as long as I can take it ...then back to sleep methinks. Work will have to wait for now as I am minimising direct computer viewing and a lot of the work needs to be done on the computer.
