It is @Zoe7 .... breathing deeper .... enjoying being flexible and doing things in the moment a bit. My Dad is easy going about most things, and relaxed company unless there is something stressing him.

It’s been good to have a break aaay @Maxarita. I think sometimes you don’t appreciate the weight of stress until you take a break ...., just exploring, or re-exploring somewhere else takes you out of the microcosm you’re living in.

I have two returning from far and away ..... it will be good to see them back safely.

There is a special church service on in the morning, so I will try to get there for it.

Aside from that, nothing planned really.

I will take up my walking again, hopefully to see some dolphins .....
