Evening Hon. Can't sleep so have made my way into the spare room and started sorting that. The fur babies have been a great help lol ...Toby decided to lay on one bag and Clover was playing catch me while I was trying to move things. OMG they are hilarious - making my work harder but also making me laugh while I do it! It is quite warm and very dusty in there so may need a shower afterwards ...but I am making headway and can actually get to things I need now.

I am really pleased to hear you have had a 'nothing' day. With life going at 1000 billion miles an hour for you so often it is good to have a down day @Faith-and-Hope 👍

Clover has just come out of the spare room so I might have a minute to move a few more things - will check in later to see how you are travelling 💖

My surgery has been cancelled for tomorrow. It's my fault. I forgot to stop taking my blood thinners 2 nights ago. I rang the hospital earlier tonight to let them know and to see if they can give me a shot of something to cancel out my blood thinner, but unfortunately not with my type of medication. So surgery is cancelled, after 2 Covid tests that were negative and isolating at home. They will call me in the morning and reschedule the surgery.

I cried and cried when told this. I feel better a few hours later. It is what it is. I didn't mean to take the tablets. I'm just used to it and forgot to stop. So. There you are.

Hope your knee feels better tomorrow.

Oh @utopia that is really disappointing for you. Such a simple mistake - not intentional but as you said - it is what you are used to doing and those things become routine. Hopefully they will reschedule very soon Hon 😔💖

The anti-inflammatories and pain relief have helped - isn't as sore now but no doubt after being up on the leg for a while tonight will have it's effects later. Making great progress in the spare room but have stacked things on Clover's bed (which used to be Toby's until she took over!) so she is on mine lol Tobes is asleep next to me on the couch - I needed the rest myself but will do a little more before I try to sleep again.

Good morning @Faith-and-Hope @utopia @Snowie @Shaz51 and everyone else passing by.

Got some sleep - yea 😁 Back into sorting the spare room today and will pack some things in the car to take into school tomorrow after my GP appointment. I still have some things to do outside but we are expecting rain over the next couple of days so that may have to wait - see how the day goes.

Hope everyone has a little light in their day and you can achieve things you want to ...even if that is a rest day. Love to you all ❤️

What's on the agenda for today?

I have put a ph reminder for Fri night to remove those medicine from where I keep my other meds. I can't not take it from now to then, as 6 days without that medication could cause a blood clot.

Anyway, I am so relieved. Thought I would have to wait weeks again.

I have just placed my shopping order at local supermarket. They will pick it, pack it and delivery to me later today. They have always offered this service to those who can't get to the shops, but now they have put extra staff on, as so many people have to isolate due to Covid. So we are pretty lucky in this town.

I will call my local Chemist to get my antidepressants delivered today too, as I will run out on Sunday.

The hot hot weather we have had for days is cooler now. Mid 20's with a breeze. So refreshing. Even my dog feels more comfortable. Brilliant lightening show last nigh. The kind where it sounds like a cowboy whip is being cracked close to your ear. Made me jump. The rain was gratefully received. Only spitting rain today.

Pleased to hear you had a good sleep last night. And tomorrow off to the Doctors to check your knee.
