I am not so good atm, my hormones are really low, and having hot flushes and migraines. I mite be going back to hospital soon though, I will let you know

Lovely pics, @Shaz51. Was it a daytrip to the water side? I think that's an egret taking off in the bottom shot, but not sure... Beautiful bird, lovely capture in flight.
