How is everyone’s day going? I had my first psychologist appointment in ages today. It was very emotional.

Thanks @HenryX Just want to cry, but feel like a sook.

I have a psychologist appointment tomorrow @Former-Member and I'm not looking forward to it.

Feeling like a sook @Eve7 I really want to go forward, just want to cry. How’s your day? I want to get over it all, but don’t know how.

I am minding grandchildren today but they are much quieter than yesterday as it's much hotter @Former-Member They are just colouring in with the air con going today but they ran crazy yesterday.

I always feel a bit of a sook at my psych appointments too and as I haven't been for a month there's a bit of a build up.

Spoke to soon about the grids...currently fighting over the blue pencil!!!

Because I haven’t been for ages and it’s a new psychologist, we had to go through all the :pile_of_poo: again. Was awful.

It was humid here today. Not so bad now. What’s for dinner at your place tonight. I cooked lunch, so an easy dinner here.
