A bit slowly today @Former-Member. Recent events seem to be catching up with me. I feel so tired and a bit teary, but pushing on with a bit of work. Just cleaned out the fridge in baby steps across the last 24 hours ….. radio playing for company.

New furbaby came past the kitchen to fuel up and say hello …. lol

Going ok here, @Former-Member , thank you. Except for an annoying fly buzzing around. However, if that is the major distraction or concern of the moment, I think that I must be ok, or I am simply ignoring any other issues. Seriously, everything seems to be going well here.

Yesterday was the usual Saturday gathering, spiritually based but, particularly for me, with an emphasis on what that means in the way that I/we live our lives on a day to day basis.

The couple who hosted the gathering and I had lunch together. I enjoy their company and enjoyed the conversation that accompanied lunch. Consequently, it was a pleasant and uplifting day.

Today, a little quieter and more reserved. May be a good time for some personal reflection.

Hoping all is going well for others
