Hey @Faith-and-Hope It sounds like you are having some wins with the legals 👍 So glad you have family and friends around you for support

Been another tough day here - finding it really hard to do anything but dragged myself into the shower and did the grocery shopping - so I can count those as positives. I can't explain properly the feelings I am having - it is not full on anxiety nor deep depression - more a continuation of the numbness with bouts of intense feelings when I can feel my heart rate increase dramatically and find it hard to breath. I am seeing my GP on Thursday and will be asking for some help - if that means sleeping for a few days then that might not be a bad thing. I desperately need a break from the world at present because I have no strength left.
