@Faith-and-Hope @Snowie Long session with pdoc - longer than I have had for quite some time. Feeling quite exhausted again tonight ...still have a headache but meds seemed to have helped with the nausea. Going to try to eat something then head to bed ...need sleep desperately

My appointment did help @BPDSurvivor Going to be really hard to change pdocs when mine finishes up in a few months. Have someone lined up but won't know until Jan or early Feb if she will take me on (she is on leave until then) - so a bit of a wait and uncertainty hanging around for the interim.

@Faith-and-Hope Checking on you Hon. How are you?

I am doing a little better. The meds are finally helping with the headaches and nausea but unfortunately there are other side effects. I have had small periods though where I could do a little today and have had some sleep 🤸‍♀️ I am still soooo behind with reports but hoping over the next few days I can have longer periods where I can work. I am about a third of the way through so it is going to be a struggle to get them done over the next few days

I have finished all my submissions, and much like you, have set up programs for myself to keep myself out of mischief and going from one to another like stepping stones.

There are issues with our house that I won't go into .... have to just keep swimming ..... 🐠

Oh Hon, I can only imagine what is happening but no doubt ex is being an a/hole and making life difficult for you. I hate what he has done and continues to do to you but through it all you continue to show just how strong and wonderful you are - and he never did deserve you and certainly doesn't deserve to get anything he wants now. It is so hard for you to fight against his lies but you are showing your kids (and everyone else) both your strength and the truth of what he is doing. It is such a long, difficult road to travel for you Hon but there will be an end ...and when it does end You will be the one that still has her dignity intact and no doubt the respect and love from all that know you. Keep swimming when you can and floating when you need. Hugs and hugs and hugs my beautiful friend - love you to the moon and back @Faith-and-Hope 💖💖💖💖💖💖
