@Zoe7 I hear you, and well done for acknowledging your exhaustion and not just pushing through. I hope you get some meaning from your pdoc. And you're right it will pass when then the stress alleviates. I of all people understand, I seem to live in a constant state of crisis, and I know how tiring it is. I know you mostly won't reply, but sending hugs and love your way x

Its a huge job and I know the reporting work for teachers has skyrocketed and you take it seriously to put care in for each child. You will get through this. You are resilient. Do what you can, bit by bit.

I have finally managed to get a GP appointment for tomorrow morning - a cancellation at just the right time 👍 Hopefully I can get some help to start feeling a little better - being able to breath better and get rid of my continuous headache would be a good start - the lethargy and pain is another matter but I can fight through that to get some reports done. Then I see my pdoc in the afternoon so between the two appointments I hope to find a way forward.
