A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Life experiences I guess @TAB ..... it's not a smooth ride. I don't know how we expect it will be, but we just have to keep rising to the challenges.

I hear you @Zoe7 . It's a bit of a trap really. I am a mornibg oerson, but like you, it's often when all the business and distraction of the days stops that I get my best work done ..... so I have to watch it with the sleep factor. It's easy to burn the candle at both ends.

I know it's been so much work, but I am loving hearing about the deck project, knowing your special Cat garden is happening ...... ❣️

Re: Far and Away

I used to burn the candle at both ends too @Faith-and-Hope A lot of that was distraction also from not wanting to sleep and/or not being able to at night. Thankfully that has (for the most part) changed and I have a better balance. If I was not working that may be a different story so thankful also for that.

I am still doing the deck on the other corner to Cat's corner Hon. I was going to get some soil to fill her corner this weekend but of course with lockdown that will have to wait. I do have a couple of tree trunks to dig out first - and I know that will take ages - so not too concerned about the delays. In a way, the longer it takes, the more I still have Cat with me 😺💖 I do have most of the things I need for her corner but still a few things still to get - will do that over time to spread out the cost a bit.

I have finished all the trimming and cutting I needed to do but the laying of the remaining deck can now wait until next weekend. Going to finish the picture in the frame, clean up, have a shower and then cook dinner before doing a little work before tomorrow. I think lockdown will lift tomorrow at 6pm as we have so far had no more cases - hopefully that continues but if there are any more cases today or tomorrow then lockdown will no doubt be extended - I have plenty here to do if that is the case.

Re: Far and Away

Will be good when lockdown is over @Zoe7 Hopefully that means we can see people again.

How are you going?

Re: Far and Away

Yeah I hope so for your sake @Snowie - you need to be able to see your supports Hon.

I am okay - not sleeping well lately and a bit worried about tomorrow - not because of covid or work but wearing a mask. One day may be okay but if lockdown goes any further then I will need to get my GP to write an exemption. I find it very triggering having my face covered in any way - it is one thing I still cannot deal with. I am needing to have a break from the cpac machine because of it - think that is a big part of my bad nights - so it is a lose-lose at the moment - can't get restorative sleep without it but also often wake feeling like I can't breathe.
