Far and Away

I really needed the break to just get by everyday @Snowie I do have a lot to catch up on for work these holidays as it has been extremely tough to do anything but get to work and home for most of this term. Planning on plenty of rest too though and fur baby time 🐶😺 Clover has grown so much but is still a small cat - she has not lost any of her energy though - the other day a fly found it's way inside and I spent ages laughing at Clover chasing it and jumping around the house. Her and Tobes continue to be best friends and chase each other around the house. Clover does not back down either and is usually the instigator lol

Sounds like Clover is continuing to bring a lot of joy into your family hon @Zoe7 I am glad you still have her and Toby.

I do hope this break goes well for you. Hopefully you can get done what you need and have some "me" time.

Just re-potted a plant @Snowie and I need a break already It is a lovely day outside though so will do a bit at a time and enjoy the nicer weather throughout the day.

Whilst having Clover does not take away from how much I miss Cat, she does add that little bit of joy into my world. Tobes of course is still my shadow but he also now has a playmate at home. I still take him everywhere with me but can also take Clover when I visit my parents or sister so that is an added bonus.

Just demolished part of my deck in my special corner of the garden. The tree has grown and pushed it out so I need to do some repairs. Will need a trip to Bunnings to get some more boards, stakes and concrete then can finish it. I may not go today though as I am getting quite tired ...so will did it all out, cut back the tree and plan to do the rest tomorrow.
