oh gosh @Faith-and-Hope I thought about seeing my father around xmas tried to ring hotline to clarify ins and outs they didnt answer, so I just put it off til that state wasnt allowed back here again.

I have approval to go there now ( was part of drawn out job application that I canned due to health reasons) so thats valid til early nov, just need to be sure can get back home okay that's always the issue

I cant say for sure what will be expected to do when come back until I apply haha think last time looked was 2 weeks isolation, which would mean have to buy food for 2 weeks before cross border or order it in advance of getting home lol @Faith-and-Hope

Yeah @TAB. We have done the quarantine thing a lot, and have combined throwing some tonnes and packet goods into our suitcases with pre-ordering delivered food and household stuff. It has worked well.

okay well I have done a whole 2 weeks which was March 2020 lol tried to order food then, couldnt, was only for over 90s or somesuch lol @Faith-and-Hope

I am still very much numb to the world, empty and getting by a day at a time. It has all been too much and whilst I have not fallen back into depression, I am on the verge - so need some more time. It is not at all that I doubt I have your support here - it is simply I have nothing to give - and as you would all already know, that is important to me. So until I can be here again for others, I also cannot be here for myself. I do have support from my team and people at work - and of course my beautiful Toby and Clover are keeping me going ...so for now...

Thank you for the well-wishes for my Dad @Zoe7 . He is due more tests in another month, so the time span they have allowed tells me that it's not in the most serious category, although its always a worry when someone you love is unwell.
