Far and Away

Hey @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @Shaz51 Wild, windy, wet weather here so the perfect day to be inside. Can barely keep my eyes open today - have fallen asleep several times trying to get some work started so have given up for now and resting on the oouch ...if I fall asleep for a while then so be it. Yesterday was a long day - didn't get home until just after 7pm, rested in front of the tv to watch the football then did some of my own housework. Got a little more to do this afternoon then back into work again - still a long way behind but can only do what I can and hopefully begin to catch up a little each day.

Had a slow start myself here today @Zoe7 , and there are fairly strong winds outside so I can't open the windows today. They open in such a way that the wind can wrench them open further, and then Nelly is at risk of getting out ......

The idea that Nelly could get out would be enough for me to keep the windows closed int he wind too @Faith-and-Hope The rain has stopped here for the moment but it won't stay that way for long - very grey over the mountain so it will be here again soon. Both fur babies are snuggled up asleep on the couch - they have the right idea 👍 Trying to push through the tiredness to get things done inside then going to head to the garage to see if I can finish my laundry basket lid - needs the handle part completed and another spray of varnish - then I can leave it for a week or so to fully dry.

What a hardship doing art work lol I feel the same about work and teaching art lol All the kids love art and get so excited when it is their art time - it really is a joy to be part of.

yes @Snowie , she was still going ahead but when some close family members ( her mum and brother can not come now ) she going to change the date xx

That must be hard for her @Shaz51 Especially when family cannot come.
