A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Re: Far and Away

Sounds like it has been a really big day for you hon @Zoe7 I hope you got all you needed so you don't have to go out tomorrow again.

I am sure Tobes liked all the pats and the attention.

Ect went ok. With covid I wouldn't be surprised if they shut it down soon, but just have to wait and see.

I am guessing too that my psych and pdoc sessions will be back on line next week too.

Just about to jump in the car to go get H, myself and the kids tested. Hopefully we don't have to sit in the queue for too long.

Take some snacks and make sure you go to the toilet before you leave just in case @Snowie Let us know how you go

Re: Far and Away

Yes Virtual Clover Hugs were very nice @Zoe7 Thanks.

I'm not a Bunnings Fan - I'll go there only when I cannot get it anywhere else.

Maybe has a small amount to do with the fact that my ex was a Manager at a Bunnings store....

Here I am @Zoe7

Ready for the football but might not stay too long as I have a headache.

Im glad Clover survived being home alone.

Re: Far and Away

I can understand that then @Adge Maybe I could take you on a virtual trip with me and Tobes one day

@Eve7 I still have a few things to do before the footy comes one but you make yourself comfortable.

Had to finish putting the new light batten in in the dark (with a torch because the power was off of course). Not easy to find screw holes and screw them in whilst holding a torch as well - I only have 2 arms lol It is done though and light is restored to the garage 👍 @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @Adge @Eve7 @Shaz51

Re: Far and Away

Well done @Zoe7 .... ❣️

Can understand how that would be off-putting to attend Bunnings @Adge 🙁

Saw just now on another thread that it's only the kids who have to be tested @Snowie ..... 🤞🤞🤞

Went and did some food shopping this morning @Zoe7 , having just come back to nothing fredh in the house, in fact I had to do a clean-out of the fridge because I ended up staying longer in the west than I had planned.

Had breakfast and then lunch with my eastern baby dragons, then fell asleep for the rest of the afternoon. Trying to get up and moving again now ..... dinner needs to happen, and it doesn't happen by itself .....

Re: Far and Away

I bet your eastern baby dragons are so pleased to have you back Hon I do not envy you that fridge cleaning job @Faith-and-Hope I tend not to have to throw much out at all as I buy as I go those things that do not last long - so to come back to that for you would be yukky.

I have one more job to get done - there is a hole under the mat at the back door and I never wanted to do it whilst Cat was here because she liked to sit at the door on her mat - I have a new mat (going to put the other one in her room) so will do that tomorrow. Then hopefully a little more of her corner as it is supposed to be clear tomorrow.

Tonight though it is footy, cleaning up and then I will get my work set up to do tomorrow as well.

Toby and Clover both tried to help fix the light in the garage. I looked to see where Tobes was when I had to get off the stool and Clover was sitting right next to me - both looking up - great little supervisors. Clover also took the batten package for an adventure around the house - she was just helping to clean up lol - she really does think she is a dog.

Re: Far and Away

Okay then @Zoe7 A Virtual Trip through Bunnings - With Good Company....

Yes that's plenty of Incentive - As all trips anywhere (including all shopping), are on my own.

With Good Company, I would even Climb the Harbour Bridge...

Oh wait, I already tried that one (when I was about 10 years old) - The Police called us down...

My Cousin the Trouble-maker, egged us on (to Climb) - Then of course he denied any responsibility (afterwards).

Re: Far and Away

I would happily cheer you on at the base of the Harbour Bridge @Adge but there is NO way of getting me up there - I panic climbing stairs lol
