told mr shaz and he says he has no worries about sleeping -- his meds do that

he even had a sleep today also at lunch

I am here to join you on the couch @Zoe7 I saw my GP this afternoon to get results of an ultrasound I had last week. Not happy.

Showing my age with osteoarthritis in my ankle...bone on bone grrrr referral to orthopaedic surgeon.

Plus ct scan of thyroid shows lots of nodules but no cancer. Thyroid is doing work pituitary gland is supposed to do....getting old 😭

I have arthritis in my back and nodules on my thyroid also @Eve7 - not cancerous either like you but I have regular scans to check.
