Hi @Former-Member @Former-Member @Zoe7 ..... yes .... sometimes the river is noisy with speed-boats and lots of people picnicking on the foreshore, but often it is like this .... and a serene place can seep into your mind-set and being a sense of calm with it ......

Don't know how I would be coping without my walks.

The light is so soft of an early evening .....

Yes Faith and Hope when I get stressed I need a walk to escape did a 10 km last night first time since I probably had a discussion with youweeks ago.I was unwell for several weeks where I couldn't walk.Had some people wanting to walk with me over time but it's my time similar to meditation.

The river has its "moods" @Former-Member .... today it was very calm.

It also has currents going in different directions, so they clash in the middle , creating waves that slosh around at that point, looking like dolphins to the unfamiliar eye .... but then the Dolphins do go and play there sometimes too ... lol ....
