@TheVorticon👋 I noticed you around and wanted to say hi and see how you are going (if you'd like to share).
It feels like ages since I've bumped into you here! Hope things are OK enough in your world 🙂

Re: Just checking in.
I got the rug ripped out from under me @CheerBear. Therapy isn’t going ahead. There is a reason but I can’t write it here suffice to say that none of this was well thought out at all. Just collateral damage really. I found out sitting on the couch that the last psychologist pulled the rug from under me and caused so much distress..........and on the 7th anniversary of my friend telling me what my partner had done. She had caught him on the the first September. This was going to be hard but it gave me a flicker of hope. I really want to turn it all off. I have the very big hopeless feelings and feel destroyed again. So sorry it couldn’t have been better news. 🤬:bomb:🌋

Oh @Teej. So so sorry 😔 That all sounds really tough.
Are you home now?

Re: Just checking in.
Yeah. I’m home @CheerBear. I can’t cry. I just want to disappear.

Re: Just checking in.
I understand the feeling of wanting to disappear and of feeling so hopeless when things go badly @Teej. There's not much to say to make this better right now (not that you asked for that) but I'm listening and with you. Really disappointed for you 😔

Re: Just checking in.
I can’t do this to you just now @CheerBear. I know you are working hard at climbing out of your deep hole. Im going to sign off for awhile. Please go looking for the good in today instead. Hugs 💜🤗

Re: Just checking in.
You're not doing anything to me @Teej and I'm here because I want to be and I care. I also understand that sometimes it's maybe better to be somewhere other than here though.
Thanks for letting me know how you got on today, even if it's not at all the way you hoped or wanted.
With you Teej however you are feeling (and still believing you got this)
Please take care ❤

Hey there @Teej.
I know it's difficult for you at the moment that you're not going to go ahead with the new therapy. Make sure that you do something nice for yourself this afternoon. Take care.
