just saying hi before I go to bed. I've had a very full on emotional day and I am tired beyond belief. Nothing too major just a two hour session with my therapist and then some heavy things to sort through with my youngest son. Again not bad but just draining.
i hope you feel better after coffee out with your support worker @Pepsimax. I used to enjoy that with mine.
I think I saw you volunteered today @oceangirl. I hope that went well.
