Don't forget I have gone backwards for a long time (about 5weeks now) @oceangirl. I will again too because I've finally accepted that this is what happens. I still can't hold a whole week together either but im hoping it won't be as extreme as it's been. I've seen you do the same as well so I know it will get better @oceangirl. Today is a really low day for you but maybe tomorrow won't be. 💜🤗
