I believe you @Kurra .... 🤗 .... from one grumble-bum to another ....
Today was my anniversary .... but who am I married to anymore ? And his mum is buying him gifts like she's the wife .... lol .... have ta laugh .... it's all so backwards ....
Had a great day out ... sort of .... already had a tour booked when WH decided he wanted to go see something else, and set up a counter-offer to the kids .... after only two months planning that we were going on tour A .... so then he organises to go on tour A and tour B all in the one day ....
Right ,... so we press the fast-forward button .... you know, like those old black and white movies that they sped up .... and we race around doing two tours in one day that are both designed to be a one-day thing .... with a 1.5 hour drive to tour B and a 1.5 hour drive back again .... oh, and it's pack-up day .... so WH is long asleep now after his choc-chews ... as is MIL ... and guess who's still up finalising packing for herself, D2, the art gear, the general family stuff, and the stuff that doesn't fit in anywhere else ??
Ha ... yeah .... 🎶 Happy Anniversary to Me .... 🎶 .... but it's okay ... we've had 7 years of this now .... and I had a great day anyway ....

Oh man @Faith-and-Hope. I would have cracked it by now. Are you serious she bought him presents??? Yes you distracted me, well more like grabbed my attention. I'm so sorry you were left with a manic day and having to be the Sherpa and the pack horse today doing all the work (keeping the horse theme going). Seriously you have more patience than anyone I've ever met. Think my dummy spit would have been felt in Japan if that had been me 😳😝 I hope tomorrow is better for you, you'll be exhausted so don't forget to pull the reigns in. 🐴🐎

Lol @Former-Member .... think I've had so many dummy-spits across the last 7 years, I'm all dummy-spotted out !!
There are chances to rest and power-nap along the way, but I better get to bed soon anyway .... pushing midnight here and we'll be up early-ish tomorrow.
