I got a call this morning from my mum, she told me they only think my step dad has a week to live. I'm so upset. They live in Europe and I can't say my goodbyes. I miss him. I just want to give him a hug and say I love him.

So sorry @The-red-centaur that’s a hard place to be sitting being so far away. Is it possible for you to speak to your step dad over the phone. Even if he’s unable to reply verbally I’m sure he’d hear your voice and the love in your words. So very sorry 🙏

my step dad is terminally ill we don’t know how long he has, but it’s hard.
Saying goodbye is never easy.
