I heard of yet another sad sad story from a dear friend tonight and then I am reminded of my husband's fantastic recovery journey. This keeps me going. I see how much my husbnd works so hard at keeping me as calm as he can...it keeps me going.
He is continually sure that I get breaks,
I get support from Silver chain,
writing on Sane Forums,
Art drawing and painting and pencil drawing
sewing squares of colour, from cleaning the home, visiting other people
That keeps me going.
I work at someone's home who makes us meals, I LOVE stretching my limbs when I clean other people;s houses.
I also see a Psychotherapist about wiring a novel, yes it's true, I have done one page in 10 months and half a progress plan......
I try and stay busy. I will admit that I couldn't do this if my husband was'nt behind me as getting as much support as I get but you gotta keep up the activity of using and getting support.
Arlo my Dog is my absolute darling and he does everything with me !
