not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @BlueBay

Yes - it is tough - and yes - you have mental health issues - stress plays a huge role in how your body reacts and feels -

And it is frustrating to be told all of this - after all - can anyone be sure if this is all mental health related - that is the question

You did take on more than you felt you could but that project with all the increased hours at work you took on and you will have extra cash and you can buy yourself a couple of new tops - you will feel better if you have something bright and new to wear - esp with your holiday coming up in a few weeks now - and time does pass

How are things at home? Are you getting any time to yourself there - that is something you need -

Maybe that could be an aim - to feel it's okay to go into your room and shut the door - even get a "do not disturb" and let everyone know you are taking time for yourself

You really are holding the household together - without you it would be a total shambles - we can see that - I understand that this is hard for you to see but it's pretty obvious out here

Your physical health might improve if you take regular breaks at home - if this happens you will know that your mental health is to blame - you don't really want a phyical health problem to deal with on top of everything else - I am sure of that

So grab the down-time moments when you can - and feel okay about yourself - you really are a great person to know

Hey @Owlunar @MDT @Razzle @saturnzoon @Gazza75 @Former-Member @Zoe7 @Shaz51 @Ali11

@Faith-and-Hope

today the guys were watching footy on tv so I decided to rest on my bed. Only fir a short time but it was nice.

Still hubby grunts snd growls about stuff. its very hard to stsy quiet. Sometimes I don’t say anything but other times I will yell back. By then I’ve had enough.

I’m annoyed that every time I mention something to my doc he says “oh it’s your mental health”.

Its like that’s the reason fir everything. But it’s nit. It might not be my mental health.

Anyway when I see him on Tuesday I’m going to tell him. I’m very honest and open eith him.

Im going to buy some new tops tomorrow which will be nice.

Do you know what is getting me sngry at the moment? Family nit phoning but sending a text message. My sister the one who I talk to sent me a text msg today for my birthday. Why couldn’t she just ring. She does the same for Christmas as well. Don’t people call anymore. I’m always the one that calls her. All the time. It just shits me because I put the effort in but she doesn’t.

Im so tired. Another headache and weird sensation in my ear.

Goodnight my friends ❤️❤️

I wish hubby would just shut the f###** up. 😡

he is not overweight at all. But the other day he had pain in his side and went to see my doctor. He told hubby that it’s a hernia and not lift heavy stuff and maybe lose a little bit of weight. Which I didn’t think he needed to lose weight.

Shit. Since then all I’ve heard is I’m not eating this or thst. No I shouldn’t be eating this. I’m on a diet. It will be easy for me. Then two days later he says Oh I’ve already lost weight.

How the f...... did that happen??

I’ve been trying to lose weight fir a few years and I struggle so much with an eating disorder. Which now I’m doing again because of him. It just annoys me because I’m struggling so much in this area and I don’t need to listen to him gloat.

Do you want to know what he did for my birthday? he put a body massage voucher on my bedside table without telling me. I ho in the room snd he’s in bed snd days to me “csnt you are what’s there”. I said what are you talking about. He then says the voucher for your birthday. Happy birthday.

I was so angry that he couldn’t give me the gift in my hand to me.

Bur after work he went out snd came back with some flowers. Nice but just annoyed at whst he did earlier

I would never go what he did with the present. So weird.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay That is so like my husband. I can’t remember the last time he physically gave me a present. He always leaves the gift either on the kitchen table or bed side table. A few years ago, he gave me a box of chocolates for mother’s day, left on the bed side table without a word said. I woke up to find them and put them on his bed side table so that he could actually give them to me. They sat on that table for 3 years until I finally threw them out.

Another time he put a statue in the garden, I didn’t see it for about 2 months, as I didn’t get a bday present that year I guessed the statue was the present, I just never got told about it.

We’ve been married for nearly 26 years, and I think I’ve only ever received 4 Christmas presents and 2 Easter gifts, the occasional bday and mother’s day, could probably count them on one hand - I have never missed buying him a present for any occasion ever.

It upsets me a lot, I don’t care what he buys, I just wished he cared enough to make me feel special occasionally.
