not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Glad you got some air @BlueBay
That can make the difference I find. I sat in the sun yesterday and drank my coffee which was nice.
My arvo is alright thanks. Just watching a TV series. Will probably do something different soon I reckon.
Take good care of you're elf my friend. You deserve it 🙂

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay, I'm doing okay. Not long to go at work now.

I'm glad the walk helped you feel a bit more settled.

I need to make some small and bigger changes in the not so distant future.

My sleep's been suffering. Changing meds as well.

Life used to be so much more simple than now.

Re: not feeling good

I hope today is okay @BlueBay

I had a think about your plans to work out the extra shifts for the next few weeks and you will feel a sense of achievement if you can succeed with this - the extra money will help - and walking sounds like good self-care

I like walking by the beach when it's windy - even cold - I don't do it often now but I used too

Keep plodding along there - I know your thoughts race and you get emotional about things - that's okay - try and push the ideas away and stick to your programme

All the best - I hope things are okayish

I’m venting sorry @Owlunar @Shaz51 @Gazza75 @MDT and others following

I’m so over my life.

Git home snd D in the shits. It’s 6pm. A should hsvd been fed becayse she goes to bed early.

D says hubby went to sleep and wakes up at 5.30 to eirk our dinner.

I eas hoping to come home yo a cooked dinner.

We had eggs in toast.

Im angry. I’m annoyed that no one could organise dinner. My d could have cooked something she’s home all day.

No k I gives a shit. Oh let’s just wait till mum gets home!!!

my back is sore. Got heat pack on it now. I have to wirk tomorrow 9-1pm.

I know hubby gets up very early and works too but bloody hell cant they organise dinner.

Have you communicated how you feel about this @BlueBay ?

I think you have every right to be annoyed @BlueBay. Hugs

Re: not feeling good

No of course not @MDT our communication isn’t very good. You’re right I should let them know. I really struggle with talking.

I prob shouldn’t complain because it’s my fault for not telling them.

Re: not feeling good

I wouldn't say it was your fault. You have a right to be annoyed. You expect better from them and have to make that clear to them. @BlueBay

My nan is similar - she does too much for everyone but can sometimes forget about herself.

Maybe pick a good time to raise it with your family?
