not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay ,

Hope you are feeling a little better after some rest. It sounds like you are still going through the wars and each day is a battle. Peace and quiet sounds like good medicine for you right now. It's nice to see there is some goodness and kindness in the world and your chiropracter was able to help you out. A real blessing. Back and neck pain is so akward, especially when you are trying to sleep. I've suffered occasional severe back pain since I was very young.

As @Owlunar pointed out, don't let the frenemy get to you at work. She simply isn't worth it. Try not to worry about other things to much. Be kind to yourself and look at all the good you do for your family. Maybe the changes that are coming will have some positives as well.

Anyway, i've prattled on enough for today.

Take care

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay , Your welcome.

Think we were posting at the same time.

yes working now. I do mon-fri.

15 minutes till clock off time.

I've been struggling to keep motivated the last week or two.

Can't really put my finger on why. I have come off some meds, so it could be that I guess. Doing okay, I know others are going through harder times right now than Me. It would be nice for you not to feel the financial strain like you are now. I need to make similar decisions myself soon.

Re: not feeling good

Yeah @Gazza75 motivation is difficult.

I get that. And having to make hard decisions is difficult.

This will be me very soon.

Awake since 5am. Had a huge cry in bed which is not helping my headache.

My anxiety is high thinking of too much.

Re: not feeling good

Maybe getting up and going now would be a helpful distraction @BlueBay .... shower, tea and toast, radio on for some music and cimpany ?

I have to get up and go now too ....

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay, I've been up since similar time wrestling with my thoughts and demons. My mind is turnng over the same things whch isn't all that helpful. I guess your probably doing similar thngs.

Maybe try and get out for a walk when it warms up a little. Do something to distract yourself. Get some love and hugs where you can.

Re: not feeling good

Hey @Gazza75

i just rang my doctor. I’m angry with him. I told him about my constant 5 days headaches. He asked about my mental health snd I told him I’m very stressed and no money and not coping. He said I need to alleviate my stress and won’t give me any strong pain meds.

WTF how on earth do I alleviate my stress. It’s nit that easy. He has no idea. And he’s blaming sll my physical issues yo my mental health.

I cant do this snymire. I’m tired of all of this.

Im taking it easy this morning. Might try to go fir a walk this arvo if it doesn’t rain.

I don’t know how yo Jeep going.

I feel I don’t have my doctors support and not seeing a psychologist is making things very hard.

Easy fir my dr to say get rid of my stress.

Hope your shingles aren’t too bad @Faith-and-Hope

❤️❤️

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay,

Your anger and frustration is understandable. I struggle to put up with headaches for 5 minutes let alone 5 days. It might be time to try another doctor. I tried this myself a few weeks ago and only got referred back to my current one. I didn't press it as I could hardly understand doctor number 2.

I don't feel very well supported at all by my existing doctor and even my psycholgist is letting me down in one of the areas I need help with. I can't be more specific as I'll get into trouble. I was also dismayed at some comments made to me here last night.

I would try and get all the rest in you can today as I know you are meant to be working the rest of the week. It's fairly easy for me to keep going. I don't have a lot of the stress and worries that you do.

It's very easy for doctors to be dismissive of us, they don't have to live wth it. I always think is this how you would treat your son, daughter or partner if you were helping them? My answer is usually no. I think its a conveyor belt system where they get you in and out wth the minimal of fuss and work more often than not. I know there are good doctors and people out there, but, they are like hens teeth as the old saying goes.

I'm feeling tired a lot of the time now. I've been out of sorts for weeks maybe months, I think it's been creeping up on Me. I'd like to take time off work, but, its not really an option as I've taken so much leave and holidays the last year with my brothers injury.

I know it feels hard to keep on keeping on, but, we have to try and push through for our family and ourselves.

Hi @Faith-and-Hope , hope you are on the mend to 🙂
