not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Maybe have a nice warm shower? Sometimes that helps to ease those yuk feelings..

Distraction can be a great tool in between therapy (if you're able to get to therapy)

Been out to get a new vacuum cleaner @BlueBay - the motor went in mine and not worth getting it fixed as there are other little things wrong with it too. Now I can do the rest of the vacuuming though - don't feel like it but it needs to be done.

What are you up to today?

I had to work this mourning. Then Ayla came down. We went for a walk snd now home. My daughter has just left Ayla is asleep.

Hubby in bad mood but blaming me. It’s always my fault.

Mught have a sleep.

Ive done no housework can’t be bothered.

I have done most of the vacuuming and a little painting this afternoon. Still a lot of housework to do here too but watching tv now @BlueBay I am babysitting tomorrow morning then hoping to do some more gardening. Taking it easy tonight - maybe do some more painting and a little more housework then planning on an early night.

Do you have Ayla for the night again or just the afternoon?

no Alya and daughter called in for a few hours. not having her for the night.

it's weird - i am so bored but have a few things i could be doing but have no motivation to get up and do it. so really i shouldn't be bored.

i bought some chicken so tonight we are having stuffed sweet potatoe with chicken and vegies in them. should be nice.
