not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Yes im really into making sure I do self-care a little bit each day- because thats what helps us not relapse

Re: not feeling good

Sometimes it doesn't matter how much self-care you do a relapse can happen anyway @Tennistalent - but you need to try to fight harder to get back some control.

@Zoe7

Just came out of doctors. He told me it was some name which I’ve forgotten. It’s bacterial and fungal. When it stays moist the fungal infection gets worse. So he prescribed an ointment to use for 7 days. It should clear but if not go back.

I’m glad I got to see him.

He wants me to stay busy this afternoon because he knows what I’m like if I don’t.

Im really lucky I have a very caring doctor. And a really nice and supportive psychologist. One that gives me a huge hug at the end of each session. There not supposed do that but she has from day one. She has been amazing.

And my psych - well I only see him for my meds. He’s ok. 😊

I'm glad you have a caring doctor and psychologist too @BlueBay - they both seem to want the best for you and support you as much as is possible.

Also pleased you got in to see your doctor and know what is happening - and you have some cream to help get rid of it - that is great news.

Don't stress yourself too much this afternoon but staying busy is what you need - happy to chat with you here if you are short of ideas just at the moment but I also know you have lots of knotting to do and I am sure we can come up with other things to keep you and your mind occupied.

Hi @Zoe7

I’m home now. Hubby is home. I feel really isolated. Really numb now. I can’t verbalise how I feel. It’s strange. I have a lot of feelings but can’t write it.

Whst should I do?

Re: not feeling good

Have you organised dinner yet @BlueBay - maybe doing that will give you something practical to do and take your mind of how you are feeling for a while. I am happy to sit here with you and help to distract you if that is what you want also.

My husband is not empathetic at all regarding my Mum wanting to come over. He has no idea of what I’m going through and no idea of why I’m so worried about my mum visiting.

Why can’t he understand. I want to run away again. I know it’s my default answer but I can’t handle this at the moment.

Re: not feeling good

Try to put it away in a box and lock it up for now @BlueBay - there is nothing that you can do about your mum coming over until it happens BB - you worrying about what might happen only hurts you and no-one else Hon - as hard as it is try to focus on the good things in your life today - you have a wonderful doctor and psych and they have both shown you care and compassion today. You have cream for your rash and those beautiful images of Ayla to hold onto. These are positive things you can hold onto now so you don't go down the self-sabotage road.
