not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. A day without much food won't hurt. Just keep a glass or bottle of water with you and take regular small sips. Don't want you getting dehydrated.
So lovely that your daughter & beautiful granddaughter came today. This is your daughters first mothers day. I hope she had a lovely day.

No @utopia I haven't been eating properly for about 2 weeks. Or even drinking. I have no appetite.
It was a nice day fir my daughter as well.

Re: not feeling good

You either start eating or drinking or you'll probably end up in hospital. Don't have to be hungry to eat.

Re: not feeling good

But @utopia each time I try to eat I feel nauseous. Not sure if it's the ulcer. Or if it's linked to my mental illness.
I'm eating very little. And sometimes I don't eat at all. As for drinking - well today all I had was one glass of water and 3 cups of coffee.

I have to lose my weight. My head is in control. I have to do this. There's no other way. @Shaz51. @utopia

Re: not feeling good

Bulldust @BlueBay. You do not lose weight by not eating. Is that what you'd recommend your daughter or granddaughter do? No.
So if it's not safe for them. It's not safe for you.
Yiu fight this urge not to eat. Make some pureed soups. Pumpkin or vegetables. And drink more water. Ask your gp or psych for help.

Re: not feeling good

Doesn't sound like you are fighting very hard @BlueBay. Judt going to say it how I see it. You are coming up with excuses.
I need to lose weight.
Mum tells me I'm fat.
I have an ulcer.
I feel nauseous if I eat.
Who cares what your mum says or thinks. She's nasty. Only thinks of herself and likes punishing you. Why? Because you take it.
Don't let her do that to you.
She destroyed enough of your life. Why let her continue to destroy this part.
Do you think she will love you if you are thin? No. She'll find some other cruel remark to hurt you the most.
Talk to your specialists. Work hard to get mum out of your thoughts. Out of your life.
Explain to the specialists what you wrote here. What your reasoning is for not eating. What your payback is for not eating.
Who cares what your mum thinks. You will never change her personality.
How about instead you focus on making sure your granddaughter has a great body image - regardless of the size she is. Lead by example.I don't mean to hurt you. But I do say it how I see it. Stop letting your mother ruin your life. Get on with living a great life with your husband, 2 sons, daughter and Granddaughter. Because they love YOU. Now fat you or skinny you. But the real you. The one who cares for people and knits them scarfs or baby jumpers. The one who cooks a beautiful dinner for her family. The one, no matter how scared, supports her son in his dream of being a Police Officer. The one who 'likes' our posts and remembers little things about us or our kids.
Get some help. Fight. Am here for you.
