not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

@CherryBomb
I can't stop eating. What is wrong with me. Seriously this is not good. No more meds. I don't care anymore. I hate what they are doing to me.
I need to talk to someone

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Shaz51
I'm not seeing him until I go back into hospital next week. It's bad. It's emotional eating it's eating all day. I just can't stop. I'm scared I'm going to be a big cat person. And I'm so u happy. There's no intimacy now imagine with excess weight. I'm stopping. I'll sabotage it by stopping.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay was that supposed to read 'a big cat person' (or something else?) - cos there is nothing wrong with being a big cat person lol

Excess weight is just more to love - I have already told you this little flower!!!

Are you stopping eating - I wish I could sabotage my weight gain that way too lol

I am in a very cheeky mood tonight BB - sorry if it is not at all useful

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay,

Changes to appetite could also be a symptom of depression. Have you experienced this before? It might help to chat to your doctor about this.

There's a lot going on for you right now - sometimes food can be used as a distraction as well. Is this something that might be happening?

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

Perhaps watch what you eat and I know its easier said then done. But try to space your meals out. Have your three meals and two or three snacks per day. If you are hungry in between meals or snack - drink water or herbal tea but make sure you are having enough fluids too. Some other fluids to limit calorie intake is diet rite cordial.

If the urge is strong to eat go for a walk to try and to distract yourself. I've had to go back to this too because I want to get healthier and fitter. Some extra walks and adding ten mins to your walk mite help kick start things again. Hope this helps....

Re: not feeling good

@CherryBomb it's the meds. It could be the depression also. I've just come out of hospital after 3 weeks. Allowed out for s week holiday that was already booked but going back in next week agsin. I think i want to stop all meds. I can't stop eating. It's ruining me. What do I do. Not seeing my psych until next week in hospital. Really emotional. It sucks. 😥😥

Re: not feeling good

I really did like big cat better @BlueBay

Emotional eating can get 'out of control' just like so many of our 'coping mechanisms' BB - try to substitute it with something a little more physical or will be a distraction - a walk, knitting etc.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

Maybe you should check with your doctor, maybe its not the meds - how is your vit D levels?

I found the last 2 months I was the same, couldnt stop eating especially sweets - it was like I was PMSing constantly and just couldnt help myself but it turned out to be the VIT D. Within a week of taking them my food cravings stopped. Even now not having such a good week and I'm not eating like I was for the past 2 months.
