not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Good morning @BlueBay

So moving day has arrived ... at last you have some space and some alone time. You've been wanting this for so long. The day has finally arrived. Today must feel somewhat bittersweet .. losing A in the move will be hard, as she has been such a big part of your daily routine these past few months. You are not losing her though ... I am positive you will see a lot of her still. She is not moving far, and I feel sure your D will find many opportunities to leave her with her beloved Gran. Only this time it will be on your terms .. without being smothered by a house full of people where you have no opportunity to have some alone time. You will have that now though. I hope soon you come to see it that way too. I am very sorry you have the concern about your work right now. You could be wrong ... perhaps you will retain your position. I hope so. But if not, other opportunities may well be opened up .. something unexpected or different. So dont close yourself off to possible alternative work. Meanwhile ... I hope you are enjoying your day with A, the park followed by a baby chino sounds delightful.

It's a big day for you @BlueBay

One the good side you will have your house back to yourself and some peace and quiet that you often crave - that's what you need

And you will miss the littlie - but as @Former-Member said - you will still have plenty of chances to babysit and on your own terms - so not everything is all bad

I know the feeling when a change like this takes place - I find myself in a strange place for a while and you will too I think - and the thing is to take time to yourself to refocus

It will be okay

Re: @Re: not feeling good

This morning my house is the quietest it's ever been. Hubby left for work at 4.30am. Son left at 6am. And I'm sitting here thinking hiw quiet and lonely it is.
I miss little A so so much. 😢

no coming into my bed this morning eith her book and toys.
I had mixed emotions all weekend. Yesterday we packed up the cot and took A down to her new house or as she calls it "housey".
she ran straight in to her room. We went outside and kicked the ball and she rode her little bike. Oh how I miss those days when the kids were little. 😢

last night dinner for three instead of six. And it was so quiet. No telling stories to A so she could eat her dinner. No bedtime reading. No hugs goodnight. No chasing nonna around the kitchen bench. Nothing. Just silence. 😢

anyway that's it there moved and I have to go forward. It's so bloody hard. It really. I know I kept saying I need peace and quiet and space.
find out this week where my police officer son gets posted for two years. It's poss he gets regional Victoria. And as far as a 7 hour drive for us if he gets this place. Wait and see.

Hi @BlueBay

You will adjust and be okay - it's not easy I know but you will have time and space for yourself now and your D and A are not far away so you will see them

Your sons moving away will be harder because they will be further but this is life - our kids grow up and have their own lives - and you have so much other stuff happening also

Over the last weeks I have been having a stressful time myself - I can handle it but I have to practise self-care - changing pain specialists is unsettling - although I know this new specialist is a very kind and caring man it is still bothering me a bit about the future and what he will do because he does have treatments.

So I have been posting more around the forum - I have found this supportive - it has been quite different for me and I have noticed that you have posted on my thread to and this was really good to see

It has nothing at all to do with you but I need to keep my posts to you shorter - I take a lot of time with them because I care so much. I care about you a lot and we can still post and tag and support so nothing changes much - and I know you have a lot of change right now - I will still be here

I have written a lot about self-love, self-esteem and being our own best friend and this is one way I can do this - I was spreading myself thin and that's okay - I don't regret anything

You are much loved - so take that on - you will be okay if you just do one thing at a time - and I will still be here
