not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @BlueBay. It's really nice to see you and thanks for the tag to say hi ❤

There's a lot of change happening for you with D and A moving out. They're a big part of your daily life by the sounds of it and I imagine there's a big loss in not having that anymore. I think I'd feel really sad about it which would be hard with everything else you have happening.

Sorry you're feeling hurt.

❤ to you

Re: @Re: not feeling good

Thanks @CheerBear yes A has been a huge part of my daily life.
I know They need to move on and so do I. But it's going to take a bit of time to get used to it.
wakibg up every morning seeing A makes my day. I just can't explain the love I have for her. It's so different to your own children.
I'm hearing my daughter really excited to move out. I just hope she appreciates what we've done for her over the past months.
grieving loss is hard - MIL will be hard too.
I'm trying to be strong but at times I'm losing it and crying.

Re: @Re: not feeling good

I often hear the love you have for your grandchildren is difficult to explain @BlueBay. It's so understandable that you'd be so sad to lose her being in your house.

I'm imagining mixed feelings seeing your daughter excited about moving out, especially while you're feeling sad. I hope she shows you her appreciation.

Grief of all kinds is really tough. I suck at believing this myself at times, but I think strong doesn't mean not being sad or not crying or not losing it, it means working through that and keeping on keeping on while it's there - which you're doing.

Mega hugs BlueBay ❤
