not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

@BlueBay More good news! Really pleased for your daughter about getting a rental. And congrats to your son re graduation. Pleased elder son could be there in your absence. Isnt live streaming a fantastic innovation? It must have been almost as though you were there in person too. Gee .. so many changes afoot. And with your granddaughter A only going to be 20mins away, you'll be able to visit regularly. I can see that all these upcoming changes are positives for both you, and your other family members. Things are finally looking up for you @BlueBay . Very pleasing.

Sherry 😀💕

No @MDT it's not far from Noosa. Not allowed to say exactly where. Would love to as it's so beautiful.

this is our 3rd time here. I want to bring my granddaughter next year. She would love it.

Hope you're having a good day. Xxx

Re: @Re: not feeling good

Ah yes. Damn good place @BlueBay
We have stayed at mooloolaba before. Many times. It's really a neat little slice of paradise I think. Everything is close. And it's also just very laid back

@BlueBay It sounds lovely. Relax all you can, the rat race will come quick enough.

Whats that old saying.’ Eat, sleep and be merry.’ Maybe not too merry.😁😁😁🥂🥂

Re: @Re: not feeling good

It sounds like you are having a really great holiday @BlueBay - and time does go fast when we are away - but you still have a few days left to enjoy yourselves up on the Sunshine Coast

I'm really glad to hear that your D has found another place to live - yes they do have to spend their time together to get themselves together - you will miss little A - she has been with you for a long time and what a blessing to have the memories

Your D can learn now - to run her own home and that will be good for her - also - you know that if she wants to come back in the future that it is something to consider more carefully - yes - I know - adult children need to know boundaries as much as 2 year olds - different issues, different boundaries - but you need your own space and you know it even better now

Nothing is a waste of anything if we learn from it

All the best - have a good time for the next few days and safe trip home

Hi everyone @Owlunar @MDT @Shaz51 @Maggie @Former-Member @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope @Gazza75 and others reading

today is our last day if our holiday

wish our holiday was longer. But it's a holiday snd I'm thankful we managed to get away.

just washed towels and bathers so they're all clean and dry by morning

we are getting picked up at 7am to go to airport.
I had a good break - lots of walking swimming and resting by the pool. Hubby and I seemed to have got on pretty well. I have another week at home and hubby has two weeks.
now that D is moving out we will tidy up a few things outside and stain the deck again and put the house on the market.
I'm a bit worried that I'm not seeing my psychologist until mid December as she is booked out. I don't know how I'll cope. That's a long time.
Off to dinner tonight right next door to our resort then early night

hugs and love to you all. ❤️❤️Xxxooo
