not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Good Morning @BlueBay , I agree with the others support and encouragement to try and get out for a little walk. Part of the reason your feeling a bit down is probably because you haven't done your exercise in a few days. Obviously there is other stuff going on as well, but, sometimes a little bit can make a big difference to us mentally and phsyically. Hopefully the weather isn't to adverse down there and you can.

Thinking of you and sending lots of warm hugs your way. Take good care 🙂

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

I agree with everyone else - you can go out and walk - your lack of motivation is your BPD lining you up for self-sabotage and this is something you can take control of and get out there and walk on this beautiful afternoon

It's a beautiful day - the sun is shining, the birds are singing, it's a bit cool but walking will warm you up and grease the works - it will blow away the mustiness in your brain that accumulates with self-sabotage and you can do it

It's a rough time - most people have been through it and know it's something hard to endure, hard to wait through - it feels as if the rest of your life can't start until the old lady passes but that's only partly true - yes - there is a terrible sense of uncertainty - I know - but you can take a walk and you can refuse to have snack food in the house today at least and eat sensibly

It's just not a good idea to set yourself up for more failure - and that's what you are doing

And I care - I really do - but I promised I would tell you the truth and this is the truth - it's a tough commitment to make btw - but I am here and as far as a normal person can commit I am staying

So - take that walk and chuck out the junk food and make that start on Tuesday - not on Thursday

And if you stuff it up today - start again tomorrow

And it is hard - but not too hard

We are all supporting you here - we are always here for you - so we will be

Sending hugs

Hi all @Molliex @Owlunar @Gazza75 @MDT @Shaz51 @Zoe7 and others following

my motivation has slowly increased. Today I’ve

- saw my doctor this morning

- had ciffee with hubby

- went to bank to see how we can across MIL money. It’s ok. We just give the bank the invoice from funeral and the bank will release money. Then hubby is executor so he will get rest if money

- went to see MIL. More seizures. They are now stopping all meds and it will only be matter if time. If she has a big seizure thst will be it.

- catching up with friend fir coffee

- taking A to park fir play

- pushing myself out the door fir a walk

Well done @BlueBay 🙂

Re: @Re: not feeling good

That's good news @BlueBay - you are attending all sorts of necessary things and life is going on which it always does

Your MIL won't last much longer so you can start planning the funeral - your husband doesn't have siblings to make this harder so you can work it out to what you both think your MIL would like to celebrate her life and you have the funds at hand to pay for it

And you have seen your doctor and had coffee with a friend, taken A to play and pushing yourself out for a walk - doing all these things will help you keep the wheels turning

And in a couple of weeks all this will be a memory - a hard one for sure but once it's over you can get on with your own story - and it will be easier without your needing to visit the old lady who didn't know you were there

If your husband show some emotion be there for him but it sounds as if he is pretty stoical -
