not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

I got your earlier reply via email @saturnzoon It may be it was taken down because you mentioned a name of your son that could be identifying Hon. No need to worry about what you wrote before - just know we understand and are here with you

Re: not feeling good

No drama @saturnzoon Maybe just use the first letter of names so it is not as identifying Hon When you joined you would have given an email account - check that account for the email @sherpa09 sent you - that email will tell you what you need to change in your post for it to be reposted.

Re: not feeling good

My memory keeps getting worse all the time, and I'm sick of getting angry with myself,

I put things down and then can't find them, so I end up going through all the things around me, making a mess everywhere until my son hears me and tells me to stop and he helps look for it and sometimes is right in Front of me,

I have managed somtimes to stop and breath and then look but most of the time I forget. I've done it a couple of times today, texting here on the forums, I put my tablet down and then the spen, then do something and when I come back cant find the dam pen and I'm also suppose to do a diary every night or during The day otherwise I don't remember most of The things I did today, and keep forgetting that to so its a vicious circle I struggle with ever day.

With my memory, I have no memory of growing up, doing things with my parents and 2 brothers, of getting a ship to England when I was 10 and travelled around Europe with my dad's work, nothing of schools or friends, coming back to Australia. Having my kids or them growing up, I know in my head that we were on a ship. That I lived overseas and travelled with family, but no pictures of anything I have done in my life, and it's really hard when you start talking to people and they just ask routine questions about me and my family as it's all blank. The worst is when doctors or specialist ask questions about the kids to help them, but I can't tell them anything as I idont remember. I have scans done and there all good so it's not dementia at least, so the doctors said it's all due to stress, but I have come across people that have memory loses in groups and there hasn't been one person that can't remember their hole life there are parts of their lives that they remember. I was wondering if there's any one on here THAT has a memory loss of everything in there lives as well like me or if not then there must be something else that's causing it as well.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay I’m still at my mums. My husband was staying here too but when everything turned to $hit Thursday night I ended up sleeping in the lounge room. He got up early Friday morning and headed to the farm before mum or I woke up, so later that morning I packed all his stuff he has here and drove out to the farm and left them there. I then filled the car with as much stuff of mine that would fit and then left a note on the table that he needs to stay out there from now on. He’s all full of apologies now but this time it’s too much.

I’m sorry your visits today left you feeling sad, dementia is a terrible illness.

The weather here today has been awful. I hate winter, the cold and gloom drags my mood down even further. After the last few days I’ve had, the rain and cold make me feel even more sad.
