Life on an SSRI

I recently started back on medication specifically anxiety medication for the first time in years

I wanted to write about the journey for me and maybe track my progress by writing about how its going.

it might help someone else who’s considering it, currently going through or has been before.

i don’t think I’m allowed to name what I’m taking but thats ok. this is mostly for me to just get it out of my head. I might even decide Im being too vulnerable and delete this thread, but lets give it a shot.

Sorry to hear you are a bit under the weather again! I'm wondering if you would track when and how many times you get sick, because it seems very very often. Would you think so?

Maybe bed is what you need right now. Have you had anything to eat?

just lucky today was my Thursday off cause i don’t have any more sick leave Left I don’t think

Do you have a fever or body pains? @ArraDreaming

A fever can make you very lethargic. Hope you can keep your fluids up. If it gets worse, maybe you can visit your GP, or call one?

yeah a little but no fever @tyme I’m actually so cold I have put the electric blanket on the bed, except the DOG keeps taking the warmest part!! @tyme
