i feel too anxious and overwhelmed and my heart is racing I feel like I can’t even think proerklh and I swear to god if one person calls me messages me tries to talk to me asks me do anything I’m gonna punch them

I'm so sorry to hear how hard it is for you right now. I hear the anxiety and the stress you are experiencing. I'm sorry that messages from people may not be helpful right now.
