been going on all day got work tomorrow feel like I’m a clue over that I hate how I feel in the morning and night before
Feel like my heart is racing and I can’t breath properly
trying to distract myself by just going all the normal things like cooking dinner and stuff
but, it’s just there, in the background and it’s uncomfortable
and honesrly
I EFFINGHATE IT lol and I’m not going to work tomorrow

I took the kids to get toasties and hot choc today too @ArraDreaming . They loved it.
The eldest wants to go to kmart to buy a toy. She's had enough of life as the eldest and is tired of the little ones destroying her stuff.
