Tomorrow
I have what I hope is my final procedure on my spine tomorrow, burning nerves in 6 facet joints. If this works Ill actually be in far less pain or potentially no pain in my spine. Ive been in varying degrees of pain in my spine for about 22years. This is the 5th procedure since October last year just for my spine. Ill have to repeat it every 6-9 months as the nerves regrow but its better than the pain killers Im on.
I have a procedure in August to check for new tumours in my bladder, that will be my 8th procedure for the year, averaging one a month, all of which are under general anaesthetic so proper procedures. Its been a full on year. All going well though that is the final procedure for the year, the only possible other procedure I could have is if they find a tumor and have to go in to remove it (TURBT) but thats all I can foresee at this stage.
