I just feel
flat
nothingness
I went and did a whole big shop of grocieres after work for my entire family for the week and I don’t even have the energy to unpack them
I just want to sit on the couch

the pasta @tyme
You be the judge.
my plan was to caramelise the onions, but we didn’t have whatever that ingredient is that you need for that, can’t remember name, so I just fried them off in some butter and garlic then added brown sugar, kinda to caramelise, then added cream, but I meant to add coconut cream (just thought I would try) but I forgot until I started poring regular cream so I did half and half, half cream half coconut cream, added sundries tomatos, meant to be sundried but I bought semi sun dried so that added a bit more oil into the mix than I hoped, but once it simmered down it was ok, added chilli flakes. Added to pasta.
So we got a brown sugar, coconut creamy, tomato weird thing that was almost bordering on the begginning of a curry @tyme

What a pleasant concoction of a pasta dish lol @ArraDreaming Love it!
By the way, when you caramelise onions, I thought it just means you fry them until they are brown...
By the sounds of what you mentioned, caramelise means also adding sugar? I'm intrigued.

Hi @ArraDreaming @tyme @LostAngel
Hi Jay5
Full credit to you to manage shopping while feeling down.
I would celebrate that.
And if sitting on the couch is relaxjng, that is fine.
Small steps are good.
I am more a snail than a tortoise.
Great effort

Hi @ArraDreaming
Sorry to hear your heart is racing and feel unwell.
Can you try listening to music or tv for 5 minutes.
Focus on it for 5 minutes.
Let all other issues rest for 5 minutes.
Or drink a glass of water very slowly focussing on the water.
Try and shift focus. Sometimes we overthing issues.
Jay maybe you need to find a way to relax and stop overthinking
