So over the last week or so I have noticed that when I am reading something on my phone or when reading a book, words have started appearing weirdly. Like they have depth to them. Almost 3D like. No they are very 3D and very deep.
I have no previous diagnosis of dyslexia or anything, and I have no other symptoms. Just that weird thing and thought I would ask you wonderful folk.

I'm pretty sure that's a common thing for a lot of people. I experience it too & I remember reading lots of other people experiencing it. It's just something that some people's visual systems do.
The letters appear like they a floating a few millimetres above the screen for me. Maybe yours is a more extreme version.
