If you are after people to reply to posts, for engagement etc I am happy to be included with the whole
@ Malen thing. Ill do my best to reply where I have something useful to add.
Kinda thinking that helping others might help me rather than just my long arse posts.

Spot on Malen
Helping others help shift the focus from to someone else.
I had 10 years of problems.
Then l spent 4 years helping someone.
A great break from my issues.
I totally agree

@Former-Member Hey
@ClockFace Sometimes we are not freed up in our mindset to help others until we have been able to honestly express what is going on for us. I may overuse the word "journey" or delicate path or balance, but at least I try and put it in a post relating to the person.
On the other hand if people preach just help others and are being in denial about their real situation or biases, often the help can be self serving or not quite hitting the mark. Its not an either or ... value.
Take care ... both of you ... glad you are on the forum

@Appleblossom @ClockFace
We all have different views.
As we travel the journey we pick up techniques that we used to help us.
This talent can be used to help others.
That is what this forum also does.
Helping others whatever stage you are at is fantastic.
Many lose support.
Helping others shifts the focus from you. That is necessary.
We need to help others as we are on the journey.
Share the talents you gained

Hi @ClockFace
I just wanted to reach out to say that I really love your idea 😊
In my experience, supporting other people not only provides us with some respite from our own difficulties - but it also creates an opportunity for us to experience some of the additional benefits that go hand in hand with offering our care and support to others 😊
I really hope that through this process you’ll begin to notice some positive changes within yourself and I would love to hear how you go with this - if this is something that feels comfortable for you to share 😊
Take care,
ShiningStar 💜
