hugs @Oaktree Glad you did housework. I am not that house proud but gently cleaning the house up for Christmas. Put out a few tiny decorations yesterday. Keeping it all lowkey as the one who are coming for christmas this year are all atheist! and vegan! ... So its a roast without meat.

Know what you feel like re tagging. To be or not to be. To include or not, oops. And some people feel burdened by a tag. I figure that over time a person's genuine inclusion becomes obvious as so little misses or slip ups should be acceptable as part of the parcel of life.

I have had a few people seeking to work on the house to take advantage of govt rebates. Re Hot Water Heat pumps and other little fans closure. A good thing is that one door to door guy was an electrician and agreed to fix my ceiling fan on the spot and I gave him cash. So now I dont have a gaping hole in the roof. Yay! Grateful its done before Christmas.

The others were pushing to install a bigger unit than I needed and wanted contract before new year. I did my homework and found I could do with half the prce, for a smaller system and do it at a relaxed pace next year. So some good tradies and some not so good manager sales types.

It has been a while since I have posted here. My garden is going ok but it has been so hot so some crops have taken a hit. Going to start germinating seeds again now summer is almost over. I have brussel sprouts just germinating for hubby. I am excited to grow them even though I don’t think I like them. I am going to try them roasted with brown butter on them. The other thing that is making me happy this weekend is a belated birthday celebration for my son and myself. We are having a family dinner tomorrow night. Going to have chicken tacos and cheesecake . Also tomorrow I get to cuddle a baby at the hospital for the last time. He has spent 4 months in hospital and is due for discharge On Wednesday so that’s great news for him. I will miss him though. I hope he has a great life.

I managed to kll my succulents... seriously?!?! succulents are the easiest things to keep alive... I don't have much hope.

LOL @tyme I tend to over water succulents and cacti so I feel you.

I only have fake plants in my house, all the real one's end up dead!!
