Hey all,
I keep losing myself, I recently lost a family member to cancer and had the funeral and have been struggling for a few weeks while grieving and dealing with a few other things in my life,
I just don’t know how to help myself while im stuck in this loop. I have a lot of other stuff on my plate that I’m trying to manage and was just trying to find a space to where I can express it.

I hope your heart is ok. I'm glad you're getting some rest too, and cuddling your teddy. When will your next sleep be? Are you winding down now?

It the next 10-30 mins @PrincessLettuce - feeling very anxious tonight. Trying to not stress my heart out though,

also got a movie recommendation from the ambulance person who was looking after me, the movie name is Leo. It’s apparently about a frog and it’s extremely funny
